The Rum
This exceptional white rum showcases the unique character of Martinique’s white rhums agricoles, which have earned our A.O.C. rums their reputation.
After fermentation and distillation in accordance with the strict AOC regulations, this rum undergoes several stages of reduction and resting.
Distilled in a Creole column still.
Origins
Martinique is renowned for being the only rum-producing territory in the world to have an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée.
This white rhum agricole is made from freshly pressed sugar cane juice, from cane grown in the fields of northern Atlantic Martinique.

Tasting Notes

APPEARANCE
Very clear and crystal-clear.
FLAVORS
Smooth and warm, with notes of dried banana, vanilla and deeply melted caramel. This blend combines pure juice rum from the French Antilles, bringing our sugar cane, lemon and pepper signature, with Barbados rum, which contributes notes of licorice and leather. A very expressive nose on this bourbon cask.
IN THE GLASS
After a rather smooth yet lively attack, the well-balanced body develops a broad aromatic palette: caramel with butter, vanilla, enhanced by a subtle spicy note. The overall profile is quite mellow, almost sweet from the sugar cane, gradually moving toward a slightly woody finish. Beautifully balanced, with an opening reminiscent of the English style, a mid-palate inspired by the French style, and a finish offering a beautiful combination of both.
