After fermentation and distillation in accordance with the strict AOC rules, this rum undergoes several stages of reduction and rest.

Martinique is famous for being the only rum-producing region in the world to hold the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée label.


This Rhum AOC Martinique Unaged rum is made from freshly pressed cane juice grown in the cane fields of Martinique's North Atlantic region.
